2. Fill out the CRM Form at this link: CRM Form.

3. While making your payment, kindly state the depositor’s name as the same name on the CRM Form and place the plan type the payment is for in parentheses.

For instance, if you registered with the name Gbenga Okoro Idris and you are paying for the Premium plan, you should state the depositor’s name as Gbenga Okoro Idris (Premium). These details would assist us in tracing your payment quickly and easily.
