A client had a problem with the way allocations and scheduling were conducted at their facility. It was largely non-transparent, creating inefficiencies and also loss of funds due to inability to actually track scheduling.
We set up a meeting, discussed the existing scenario and agreed on an ideal situation.
We set about designing a solution and created an app to handle this situation and create efficiency.
